On June 21, 2024, the Palamare in Caorle hosted an extraordinary charity basketball game. The event, which attracted a large audience, was attended by players from Serie A1 and A2, along with special guests from the world of basketball and other celebrities. This exceptional event was organized in favor of Dignity No Profit People ETS, to support the "AllyHoop for Matambo" project, dedicated to the construction of a basketball court in Mozambique. The "AllyHoop for Matambo" initiative aims to provide young people and children in Matambo with the opportunity to practice the sport in a safe and stimulating environment. The creation of a basketball court represents an important resource for the community, promoting not only physical activity but also values such as fair play, cooperation and discipline. The evening was characterized by an atmosphere of great enthusiasm and solidarity. Spectators were able to watch an exciting game, where the talents of Basketball put on a show with technical skills and spectacular plays. In addition to the sports competition, the event offered moments of entertainment with the presence of special guests, which helped to make the event even more memorable. The proceeds of the entire evening were donated entirely to the cause of Dignity No Profit People ETS. Thanks to the generosity of participants and sponsors, it will be possible to finance the construction of the basketball court in Matambo, a project that will bring lasting benefits to the local community. The event demonstrated how sport can be a powerful vehicle for solidarity and social change. The large participation of the audience highlighted the strong sense of community and the willingness to contribute to a noble cause.
