The main objective of the photography course for junior high school students was to provide practical and theoretical skills in the field of photography and post-production, developing students' creative and critical skills. This educational path presented a unique opportunity to explore creativity through the lens. Students learned the basics of photography, including composition, lighting, and camera usage techniques. The theoretical lectures provided the necessary foundation, explaining the principles of photographic art and the importance of elements such as perspective, framing, and color balance. At the same time, practical sessions, both freehand and with the easel, allowed students to put into practice what they had learned in class. Through field exercises, students were able to develop their "photographic eye", honing their ability to observe and capture meaningful images. A fundamental part of the course was the students' participation in the photographic documentation of the cultural and aggregative events that took place during the school year. Students learned to tell stories through images, capturing meaningful moments. In addition, the course introduced participants to image editing, teaching them how to enhance and transform photographs through post-production. This included the use of photo editing software to correct flaws, improve brightness and contrast, and add creative effects. Through photography, participants explored new ways of seeing and interpreting the world around them, developing a greater aesthetic and creative awareness. The course offered a fun and educational way to learn about the world of photography, encouraging students to express themselves and discover their own artistic style.
